Are my files secure?
Yes. All files are transferred with SSL (HTTPS) encryption. Once processed, they are automatically deleted from the server within 1 hour. We do not store or read the content of your documents.
How many free conversions can I do?
The free plan allows 5 conversions per day, with a maximum of 10 MB per file. No registration needed. If you need more, the Pro plan offers unlimited conversions for €7/month.
What formats are supported?
We currently support: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and TIFF. We add new formats regularly.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FilexConvert works entirely in the browser. No software or extensions needed. Works on any device: computer, tablet or mobile.
Is the original format preserved?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. We use LibreOffice and professional processing engines to ensure maximum fidelity to the original format.
Do you have a developer API?
Yes. We offer a REST API with 1,000 free calls per month. The Business plan includes 50,000 calls. Check the full documentation.
What happens after the trial period?
After 7 days, your plan continues at €7/month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard with no penalty.
Can I use FilexConvert on mobile?
Yes, FilexConvert works on any device with a browser — phone, tablet, or computer. No app needed.
